Ingredients
- Ground turkey- 1lb
- Seasoned breadcrumbs- ½ cup
- Eggs- 1
- Seasoned salt
- Cooking spray
- Spaghetti - 1 package
- Spaghetti sauce- 1 jar of your favorite
Instructions
- In large mixing bowl combine turkey, breadcrumbs, eggs and salt to taste; mix well
- Heat a few tablespoons oil in a large non-stick frying pan
- Hand-form small meatballs and place in pan to cook, turning gently with a spoon, until all sides are brown and cooked thoroughly, approximately 12 minutes
- Prepare spaghetti according to package directions
- Once pasta is cooked, drain pasta reserving some (about ¼ cup of cooking water in the pan; return to warm pan and water; toss
- Pour sauce over spaghetti and meatballs
