Pineapple Brown Sugar Ham is the perfect entree recipe for Easter brunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- spiral-cut ham
- sliced pineapple in juice- 1 can
- brown sugar- 2 cups
Instructions
- preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- mix together juice from pineapple and brown sugar to form a paste; add more brown sugar if too runny
- place ham cut-side down on heavy-duty aluminum foil
- secure pineapples to the outside of ham with toothpicks
- brush brown sugar paste over the ham and pineapples; using all of the paste
- cover and wrap the ham with foil, or use oven roasting bag
- bake 10 minutes per pound of ham or until meat thermometer reads 140 degrees F
- remove from oven and let sit for at least 10 minutes before slicing
- remove toothpicks before slicing
