Skip The Frosting Cupcakes!

Want to make cupcakes in a hurry?  Skip the frosting!  Set your baking timer for five minutes before your cupcakes are done and place a large marshmallow on top of each cupcake.

    OH MY!!! With 2 kids birthdays coming up, and a deep love of toasted marshmallows, I can't imagine anything more yummy! This will definitely be a favorite!

    I tried these today with chocolate cupcakes and a little graham crackers mixed into the batter. Voila, S’mores cupcakes!!! My kids loved it!!!!!
