Westminster Crackers
Ingredients
- round gourmet crackers
- English cucumber- 1, sliced
- Maytag blue cheese (or a blue cheese spread like Laughing Cow)
- radishes- sliced thin
Instructions
- Find the prettiest blue plate you have
- Assemble crackers with cucumber, cheese and then radish on top
- Serve and enjoy!
