Super Bowl Recipes and Entertainment
Yesterday Maria Silva from FOX 5 News Las Vegas visited me in my home for some Super Bowl recipes and ideas. It’s always a fun time in the kitchen with Maria, and here are just a few ideas we shared.
Easy Appetizers:

Zesty Polenta Cakes Recipe:
This is a great gluten-free recipe for a side to the chili. It’s the perfect substitution for flour tortillas or crackers.
Ingredients
- polenta, prepared- 1 chub (tube)
- Staples
- minced garlic- 1 tablespoon
- olive oil
- salt
- dried oregano
- paprika
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in medium non-stick skillet
- Season both sides of polenta with salt, a pinch of basil and paprika
- Cook polenta rounds (slices) in olive oil until brown, approximately 4 minutes each side
