Homemade Sweet Potato Fries Recipe
With the many health benefits of sweet potatoes combined with my weakness for fries, sweet potato fries are quickly becoming my favorite side dish.
Homemade Sweet Potato Fries Recipe
Ingredients:
- Sweet Potatoes- 1-2 large
- olive oil- 1/4 cup
- Montreal Steak Seasoning- 2 tablespoons
Directions:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees
- Wash sweet potatoes and slice in half length-wise and then width-wise; then slice each section into long, thin pieces- or cut into rounds for grilling
- Transfer slices to mixing bowl
- Drizzle potatoes with olive oil and top with Montreal Steak Seasoning, then toss
- Transfer to a baking sheet
- Bake, flipping once, until crisp, approximately 8-10 minutes each side
Secret Fries Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
- ketchup- 1/4 cup
- dijon- 2 tablespoons
- Worcestershire sauce- 1 tablespoon
