Storing Summer Herbs
Ingredients
- 1 cup each- fresh basil, parsley and/or chives, chopped
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced or 4 teaspoons minced garlic
Instructions
- combine all ingredients together
- pour into ice cube tray
- freeze
