Ingredients
- baby potatoes (like fingerling)- 2 lbs, sliced in half lengthwise
- use items below, or Herb Ice Cubes
- olive oil- 4 tablespoons
- butter- 3 tablespoons
- garlic- 2 cloves, minced
- fresh garden herbs like basil, parsley and chives, chopped
Instructions
- heat olive oil with butter and garlic in large saute pan over medium-high heat
- add potatoes and herbs
- saute until potatoes are tender, approximately 20 minutes
