I’ve always compared my girls to a pair of playful kittens so it seems fitting that they wanted to dress up as their feline alter egos for dance class tonight. And, as always, they take the role very seriously.

While my daughter is begging for more time on PixieHollow.com, I realize that I “lived” in my roller skates at her age and played “war” with the boys down the street. Is simple better?

Farewell Simple Summer
Our “simple summer” has come to an end. Back To School is now in full swing.
With our Family Summer Bucket List, Lemonade Stand, Beach House Vacation and Kids Pizza Party, this was the perfect Simple Summer. And I’ll miss it.
