Beef Soft Tacos

Ingredients

  • Ground beef- 1 lb
  • Taco seasoning – 1 packet
  • Small flour tortillas- 1 package
  • Shredded cheddar/Monterey cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown beef in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat
  2. Season with taco seasoning and transfer to a bowl
  3. In the same pan, heat a few tablespoons oil
  4. Serve beef in tortillas and garnish with cheese

Ingredients

  • Cooked rice (about 2 cups uncooked)
  • Petite diced tomatoes- 1 can

Instructions

  1. Add rice and tomatoes; stir fry until it begins to brown with light salt to taste, approximately 4 minutes
