What’s even better about this dinner is the leftovers. What we’ll do tonight while cooking this dinner is make twice as much rice as we’ll need and a few extra chicken thighs. We’ll store them separately in containers in the refrigerator.

What you will need:
Lemonade:
fresh lemons
agave nectar
ice & water
Cupcakes:
white cake mix
pink lemonade mix
lemon frosting
pink sugar sprinkles
Popsicles:
pink lemonade (made from mix above)
popsicle sticks or toothpicks with popsicle mold or ice-cube mold
Snow Cones:
ice
lemon berry-flavored jello to make jello water
snow cone or italian ice machine
