The Beef Crock Pot meal was disappointing. The veggies were total mush and had no taste at all. Hoping that the “leftover beef” recipe coming up tomorrow is better! That was expensive meat!
Me again! Sesame chicken left me underwhelmed, and the coconut rice wasn’t saved for the upcoming veggie fried rice…it just wasn’t to our liking.
The peppy spaghetti was really, really, really salty…but the garlic knots saved the meal.
Beef enchiladas have been the highlight of this week;s menu so far.
I really hope next week is better – - this is my first week using this plan and I”m not really happy…
