A Red Carpet Affair

Okay, so maybe neither E-News was there to cover the fashion, nor were there paparazzi camera flashes.

However there were plenty of good friends- new and old- good food and lots of fun at The Organized Cook Launch Party to benefit Nevada Blind Children’s Foundation.  Oh, and not to mention… a red carpet- “step and repeat” included!

Launch Time

We’re rolling out the red carpet.

With the upcoming book release date of September 13th, it’s time to officially launch The Organized Cook.  I couldn’t imagine celebrating this long-awaited arrival without acknowledging the catalyst for writing it.

Which is why I’ve chosen to have a launch party to benefit Nevada Blind Children’s Foundation.  With the help of a few friends like Triple George, located in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas, it’s sure to be a red carpet extravaganza.

Along with a spectacular array of gourmet appetizers for guests, Nothing Bundt Cakes is hosting a tower of bundtini cakes and the wine will be flowing from Ironstone Vineyards.

I hope you all received your invitations through evite, Facebook, Twitter or mail.  If not, here’s your ticket.  Oh, and when I said “we’re rolling out the red carpet”, I meant we are actually rolling out a red carpet- step and repeat– and all, so come “red-carpet” ready!

For more information about Nevada Blind Children’s Foundation, here is a short video about our families and mission:

10% of all book sales at the event will be donated to Nevada Blind Children’s Foundation.  If you’re not able to attend but would still like to participate in this offer, purchase book online for this special until September 13th.  Books are being sold at $16.99 each or 3 for $45.00.  Purchase Now.
