    I use Oikos to make dips (like my lemon-yogurt dip) and in baked goods (in place of some of the oil–adds protein AND flavor). It’s great for snacking AND cooking/baking!

    Oh, and Greek yogurt is yummo for smoothies. I prefer to eat low-fat, low-cal yogurts and Greek doesn’t bother my stomach as much as most regular yogurts.

    I haven’t made it yet myself, but my friend makes a positively mouth-watering yogurt-cucumber sauce? dressing? that is wonderful with a spicy meat and rice dish.

    I love yogurt but have not tried Oikos. I have never cooked with yogurt either. How interesting. My fave in yogurt flavor would have to be blueberry in general. But really, I like all the flavors. I’m not too big on eating plain unless I add fresh fruit which I never seem to have on hand. We live 50 miles from a grocery store so don’t get fresh anything too often.

    No “serious” recipe, just “smoothies” so far…mix yogurt with sugar free coffe syrup of choice (caramel is areally good one for this) and some ice, in a blender & enjoy!

    Plain is always my favorite type of yogurt. I haven’t tried Oikos, but I’m guessing it would be plain for that brand too.
