Julia Child once said, “If you do not have a good wine to use, it is far better to omit it, for a poor one can spoil a simple dish and utterly debase a noble one.” Of course, our rule of thumb is that any wine you cook with should be one you are having a glass of while cooking!

I order wine online often from sites like lastbottlewines.com which I would highly, highly recommend so my favorite thing really is often wine to my door or, let’s face it, surprise packages from my friends. Or taking some bottles of wine out on a picnic :)
